Service built around rider needs.

Different riders require different levels of support. MovLynk is structured to provide transportation with the appropriate level of assistance based on the rider’s needs and the service arrangement.

Curb-to-Curb

This level of service includes transportation from the pickup location to the drop-off location, with the rider meeting the driver at the curb or designated entrance area.

Door-to-Door

This level of service includes additional assistance from the entrance of the pickup location to the entrance of the destination, helping riders who may need a more guided transition.

Hand-to-Hand

When required, MovLynk can support a higher-touch transfer process in which the rider is assisted from the care of one responsible party to another, helping create continuity and clarity during pickup and drop-off.

A safe trip begins with a safe vehicle. MovLynk expects vehicles used for service to meet operational and safety requirements before transporting riders. This includes attention to cleanliness, general condition, maintenance, and compliance with any inspection requirements that apply to the service arrangement.

Vehicle readiness standards may include:

  • Routine vehicle inspections
  • Working seat belts and essential safety features
  • Clean and presentable interiors
  • Reliable climate control
  • Adequate space for riders and approved belongings
  • Required safety equipment where applicable
  • Immediate removal from service if a vehicle does not meet standards
